ALWAYS IN GOOD TASTE: Chef Charles and Supima



NEW YORK — "It's the best chef jacket I have ever owned and I've been in the business over 30 years," said Chef Rebecca Charles of Pearl Oyster Bar when we spotted her at The New York Times' Taste of T event last week.

The jacket in question?

A two-year-old classic made of pure Supima Cotton that Charles swears "is so light that it's perfect for wearing in a hot kitchen."

Apparently, she isn't kidding. As we left, a colleague chimed in "she wears that jacket ALL the time."
